The holidays came a little early – this week students enjoyed a turkey dinner, cake and red and green fruited jello. Students pitched in to scrub potatoes, while some student carolers provided entertainment.
Student government elves were busy at work preparing over 1,500 candy canes to deliver to students. Each elementary student received a candy cane as a holiday treat before break.

Students really enjoyed a sweet, holiday treat when they sampled peppermint bark on Try-it Thursday.

To help us do this, we ask each family to complete the attached digital survey so we can better plan to allocate resources in the future. Let the good times roll! First grade students in Mrs. Fox’s class celebrated the 50th day of school with some ‘50s fun – dancing, learning, bubble gum blowing, counting, writing and making root beer floats at the soda shop!
Congratulations to Drew Glover (trumpet), NyVeah Stewart (alto) and Salim Ford (tenor) on their selection to and participation in this past weekend's NYSSMA Zone 15 Senior High (10-12th grade) Area All-State Music Festival. This past Spring, students spent many hours preparing solos to be adjudicated by NYSSMA certified adjudicators. Based on their scores, students were selected to participate in AAS. A concert was performed on Saturday at Elmira High School with band, choir, orchestra, and modern band students representing over 30 school districts across the Southern Tier and Western New York. Bravo on an exceptional Senior High Area All-State Concert!
