The free meals program is back and open to all kids and teens under the age of 18. There is no income requirements or paperwork, just free, nutritious meals to keep your children fueled and ready for summer fun.
The program runs from July 6-31, and we have two locations this year.
Location 1: Arkport Central School Cafeteria- 35 East Avenue, Arkport
Available Monday through Thursday
Breakfast: 8-8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:45-11:20 a.m.
Please note that meals at this location must be eaten on site.
Location 2: Arkport Public Library- 2 East Avenue, Arkport
Available Monday through Friday
Lunch: 12:15-12:24 p.m.
Meals may be taken off site for consumption. Please note that registration is required at the library, so be sure to stop in and sign up ahead of time.
Summer can be a tough time for families who rely on school meal programs during the academic year. This program bridges that gap and ensures every child in our community has access to healthy, wholesome food throughout the summer months.
