On Thursday, April 4, the Arkport Yorkers Historical Club will be hosting its first Colonial Fair in the Arkport building cafeteria from 5-7 p.m. The club is comprised of almost 40 students in grades 5-7.
Students chose an aspect of colonial times to represent and created a display to share with attendees. Some chose a style of house, a geographical area, or a historical event like the Boston Tea Party.
This is a community event, open to everyone, so come explore food, games, and crafts from Colonial America!
Donations will be accepted at the fair for an end-of-year trip club trip to Lake George in June.
