Tuesday, May 16 is school budget vote day. Arkport Central School District residents are voting on the proposed $13,772,047 budget for the 2023-24 school year and to elect one member to the board of education. You can learn more about the candidates in the district budget newsletter. Also on the ballot is a proposition to lease one school bus and a library proposition.

Polls will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Voting takes place in the school district’s small gymnasium; please enter through the main entrance. To be eligible to vote, a person must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen, and a district resident for at least 30 days prior to the scheduled vote date. No additional voter registration is required.

Results of the school budget vote and board of education election will be posted on the district website once the polls close and all of the votes have been tabulated.
