Participation in all extracurricular school programs for students in grades 7-12, specifically students in grades 7-12, specifically those programs not required of a credit bearing course offering, will be available to all students except those on the ineligibility list. Teachers will submit names of students whose work is unsatisfactory to the principal’s office each Friday, with a final weekly report issued by e-mail to teachers each Tuesday.
Students who are reported as failing one course will be placed on ‘warning’ status, while those failing two or more subjects will become ineligible to participate as either a spectator or participant in any extracurricular activities until the next list is posted. Parents will be notified if their student is placed on either the warning or ineligibility lists.
