    Thank you for your interest in our Facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are happy to accommodate these groups whenever we can.

    All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button.  A valid certificate of insurance is required to register, please refer to the certificate of insurance section below for directions.

    Click above to see the sample certificate of insurance document to ensure that you have met the minimum insurance levels required by the district.  The Arkport CSD must be listed as additionally insured. Please contact your insurance company for more information. This Certificate of Insurance must be uploaded prior to clicking submit.
