We'd like to remind our school community how we will communicate information about positive COVID-19 cases in our district and to update you contact information to ensure you are receiving our messages. 

When we will contact you

As per our COVID-19 communication protocols, in the event of a confirmed case, we will immediately contact those who are at risk of exposure by phone and work closely with the Steuben County Department of Health to identify who is at risk for potential exposure. Information about schedule changes and closures will be sent directly to families. 

How we will contact you

The Arkport Central School District uses the SchoolMessenger Notification System to provide timely communications such as these to parents and guardians. SchoolMessenger uses the contact information that is filed on FamilyID to send notifications to its parents and guardians. To verify or update your contact information, please review and update your child(ren)’s student registration through FamilyID.
